In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (smaller parcels) within 2-5 working days for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders are sent via DPD Next Day service. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive a 1-hour delivery window via email or text.
Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimated, and are therefore subject to change.
Highlands & Islands delivery available with surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
If standard items are ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Delivery, the items will be combined with that delivery method.
Please note that plants are not despatched on Fridays.

Pallet Delivery - FREE over £99*

Larger items, including garden furniture, will be delivered via our pallet courier. We offer this pallet courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of your order, provided we are able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
Deliveries will be made on pallets, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
