Standard Delivery - £4.99 or FREE over £99*
Available to UK Mainland - EXCLUDES purchases made in store for home delivery. Delivery charges for in store purchases will be calculated by distance from store
- In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (smaller parcels) within 2-5 working days for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Orders are sent via DPD Next Day service. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive a 1-hour delivery window via email or text.
- Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
- Pre-order delivery dates are estimated, and are therefore subject to change.
- Highlands & Islands delivery available with surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
- If standard items are ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Delivery, the items will be combined with that delivery method.
- Please note that plants are not despatched on Fridays.

Pallet Delivery - FREE over £99*

- Larger items, including garden furniture, will be delivered via our pallet courier. We offer this pallet courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of your order, provided we are able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
- Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
- Deliveries will be made on pallets, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
- Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
- Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

- Orders for large deliveries to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further details.
